We’re not a typical dental group, and I’d rather be direct about who this is a fit for: we’re looking for someone who wants to be doing molar endo, surgical extractions, Invisalign, and placing implants one year from now, not someone looking for a comfortable check-and-hygiene schedule. If that’s the direction you’re headed, here’s what we put behind it.

Clinical growth: We fund close to $40,000 in CE per associate over the first year or two — molar endo, surgical extractions, Invisalign, and implant placement. This isn’t a stipend you go find courses with; we’ve built the curriculum and we schedule it.

Production environment: Out-of-network model with only 50% PPO participation. No Medicaid or HMO. Reimbursements are meaningfully above what most offices in this market are collecting, which changes what your production is actually worth.

Schedule: Four-day weeks.
